IDL’s  own development project: a 3 month renovation of a two-bedroom apartment. Our team's creativity, spatial awareness, and great workmanship allowed us to fully realise the property's potential, while diligent project management ensured that the project was completed on time and on budget. As a consequence, you'll have a one-of-a-kind and exquisite apartment with all of the latest conveniences.

We had to work hard to keep the second repair item costs low, but also to achieve a Superior finish throughout, much as we did with our Gloucester Gardens construction. Topps provided the tiles, Howdens provided the kitchen, and C.P. Hart provided the bathroom. We did, however, spend money on fixtures that a potential buyer would touch, such as Grohe faucets and Quartz kitchen worktops.

This property at Gloucester Terrace, right off Hyde Park, was designed by IDL, who also did the interior design and construction. This was done in collaboration with a professional financial investor.

This was a 1,000-square-foot subterranean flat in London with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. When the property was brought in, it was in a state of terrible deterioration.

We sold the property through Foxtons for over £1,000 per square foot, a record for a basement flat in the area at the time, and a double-digit IRR.
